Job Description

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to resolve priority incident tickets and service requests while contributing to incident analysis, change request preparation, and continuous service improvement.

͏Jamf Pro Engineer

Required Technical Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with

Jamf Pro administration and support

Good understanding of

Apple device management

, including:

iOS/iPadOS

device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and troubleshooting.

macOS

device management, security policies, software deployment, and support.

Experience managing and troubleshooting

Android Rugged Devices

(Zebra, Honeywell, Datalogic, etc.).

Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) concepts, including:

Device enrollment methods

Configuration profiles

Application deployment

Compliance and security policies

Certificate management

Experience with

Apple Business Manager (ABM)

and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE).

Familiarity with enterprise mobility solutions and device lifecycle management.

Ability to troubleshoot device, application, network, and enrollment issues across multiple platforms.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Workspace ONE would consider as Addon.

Understanding of scripting for macOS (Bash, Shell, Python).

Knowledge of security best practices for mobile and endpoint devices.

Experience supporting corporate-owned and BYOD environments.

Responsibilities:

Provide Level 2 support for Jamf-managed Apple devices and Android rugged devices.

Troubleshoot complex enrollment, compliance, and application deployment issues.

Manage device configurations, policies, and security settings.

Support OS upgrades, patch management, and software deployments.

Work with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues.

Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge articles.

Mandatory Skills: MAC JAMF PRO .

Experience: 3-5 Years .
