Assistant Store Manager – Vetic | Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day clinic & store operations

Drive sales & analyze trends based on footfall & customer behavior

Ensure excellent customer experience & handle escalations

Maintain clinic presentation, hygiene & merchandising

Manage inventory, stock audits & optimal stock levels

Handle cash management & daily reconciliation

Implement & monitor SOPs across operations

Drive KPIs & achieve monthly revenue targets

Requirements:

2+ years exp in Retail / Clinic / Hospital / QSR Management

Strong ownership & problem-solving mindset

Good customer engagement & communication skills

Target-oriented & passionate about pets
