GetCrux is building an agentic video editor — a system that can create, edit, and optimize advertisement creatives end-to-end.
We're looking for a Founding Engineer (Full Stack / AI Video) to build it with us, based out of Koramangala, Bengaluru.
What You'll Do
- Architect systems that orchestrate multiple AI models across video, image, and audio generation
- Develop async pipelines for generation and editing at scale
- Build product interfaces for AI video creation
- Define the UX patterns for an emerging domain where few conventions exist yet
Tech Stack
Python, Django, Temporal, Celery, AWS/GCP, Redis, RabbitMQ, React, and LLMs.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to design and ship products efficiently
- Enjoys building high-performance user experiences
- Experience with AI, media, or creative tools
- Strong self-direction and a preference for solving problems end-to-end
Compensation
Base pay ₹80–100 lakhs per year, plus 0.5–1% equity.
