About the job
We're looking for a Lead Data Scientist to drive innovation in AI/ML and LLM development within the healthcare AI domain.
Requirements:
- 6-9 years of experience in AI/ML.
- Strong Python programming skills and hands-on LLM development experience.
- Solid understanding of NLP fundamentals and Transformer architectures.
- Experience in fine-tuning, model building, and deployment.
- Strong computer science and machine learning fundamentals.
- Candidates from top institutes (IITs, IISc, IIITs, BITS, and top NITs).
Good to Have:
- Advanced LLM knowledge, AI infrastructure, and model evaluation/AI quality.
- Experience with Foundation Models, Reinforcement Learning, VLMs, Speech AI, or Multimodal AI.
- Research publications, patents, or open-source contributions.
- Healthcare AI, knowledge graphs, and large-scale inference experience.
