ML Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop LLM-powered workflows, AI agents, and intelligent automation systems.
• Build agent harnesses, orchestration frameworks, and memory systems that enable AI applications to reason, retain context, and execute tasks.
• Develop and deploy scalable machine learning models and production-ready AI services.
• Work on LLM deployment, fine-tuning, and post-training techniques.
• Build and manage large-scale datasets for model training and development.
• Translate complex business problems into impactful AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop responsible, reliable, and scalable AI systems.

Requirements:

• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Experience building and deploying production APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, and AI-powered applications.
• Practical experience with AI agent frameworks, agent harnesses, and memory systems.
• Understanding of LLM deployment, fine-tuning, and post-training workflows.
• Experience with large-scale data preparation, creation, and management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative engineering environments.
