About your role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Technical Lead to architect, design, and oversee the development of scalable web applications and distributed systems. The ideal candidate brings strong backend expertise in Python (FastAPI preferred) or Java, combined with solid frontend experience using ReactJS and TypeScript. You will lead the design and delivery of end-to-end systems — from user-facing applications to backend services and cloud infrastructure — guide engineering teams, drive architectural decisions, and ensure best practices across the SDLC. Experience leveraging AI tools and building AI-driven solutions is a significant advantage.

What You'll Do

• Technical Leadership: Lead architecture and design of full-stack applications; provide hands-on guidance and mentor developers; define coding standards and conduct code reviews; drive end-to-end delivery
• Backend & APIs: Build services with Python/FastAPI (preferred) or Java (Spring Boot/Quarkus); design scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs; build async pipelines and microservices with Celery, RabbitMQ, Redis; design efficient schemas on PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL; implement caching for high throughput
• Frontend: Build modern web apps with ReactJS and TypeScript; reusable UI components, state management, API integrations, responsive UIs with high performance and accessibility
• Cloud & DevOps: Deploy and optimize on AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM); CI/CD pipelines, automated testing; Docker and Kubernetes; logging, monitoring, distributed tracing
• Architecture: Lead discussions on scalability, distributed architecture, caching, and event-driven patterns; drive cloud-native practices; ensure security and compliance
• AI & Intelligent Systems (advantage): Lead AI-powered features — intelligent search, conversational interfaces, recommendations, automation — using LLMs, embeddings, semantic search, and RAG pipelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7–10 years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a technical leadership role
• Strong expertise in Python (FastAPI preferred) or Java; ReactJS and TypeScript; REST and GraphQL; async processing (Celery or similar); AWS; Docker, Kubernetes
• Solid understanding of microservices, distributed systems, SQL and NoSQL databases, CI/CD, monitoring and observability

Nice to Have: AI-driven applications; event-driven systems (Kafka, SNS/SQS); Domain-Driven Design and clean architecture; Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation); performance tuning, load testing, AWS cost optimization.

Soft Skills: Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management; excellent communication and documentation; analytical, problem-solving mindset.
