Job Description

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to bridge client's functional and technical requirements at the module level by assisting in outlining technical specifications, performing basic configuration, and troubleshooting initial system issues.

Roles and Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

• Experience – 8 to 12 yrs

• Gather Windows 11 Image requirements from customer, considering business, functional, and technical requirements.

• Design, Build and rollout Windows 11 SOE on par with industry standards for all the versions in the environment.

• Understands well both local and group policy.

• Good hardware knowledge.

• Knowledge on custom scripts using vbs, cmd, batch, Powershell.

• Review test custom scripts as per the requirements.

• Responsible for image “Online” and “Offline service”.

• Should be able to detect issues with the image proactively.

• Troubleshoot any unforeseen issues with the image and machines being built.

• Coordinate with Client SME for Image testing and sign off.

• Hands on experience on DISM, MDT, ADK and SCCM and industry standard SOE and Imaging tools.

• Expertise on Windows 11 and related technologies.

• Good Understanding on Windows features, settings, registries, services.

& end user computing tools.

• Ability to provide recommendations wherever required.

Technical Skill Set

Technical Skills Required

• Windows 11 Operating System.

• Windows 11 SOE and various methods of building and managing the SOE.

• MDT, SCCM, DISM tools etc.

• Image build & test from scratch, troubleshooting skills, image modifications (driver / file injection etc.)

• Task sequence creation and customization.

• Deployment tools viz. SCCM, MDT etc.

• Active Directory, Local policy and GPO

• Good knowledge in VB scripting, CMD, Batch and PowerShell scripting.

• Ability to provide insights for all the End user computing tools

Soft Skills

Good Communication, Collaboration & Teamwork:,Analytical & problem solving, adaptability; stakeholder management, Mentoring & Coaching to Junior Members

Certifications/Trainings

Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102);20703-1A (Administering System Center Configuration Manager); WINGS Level 1, WINGS Level 2

AI/ML Trainings

AI trainings not Mandatory, however, to upskill to AI Enhanced skills, below trainings to be focussed

Microsoft Copilot & Intune Copilot, Prompt Engineering ; AI Ops & Orchestration;

Mandatory Skills: Desktop Imaging .

Experience: 5-8 Years .
